A Poetry and Music Evening Titled “Burch” Dedicated to the 35th Anniversary of Independence was Held at TSUOS
During the years of independence, large-scale efforts have been carried out in our country to develop national literature, art, and spirituality, as well as to strengthen feelings of patriotism and respect for national values among the younger generation. In particular, the spiritual and educational events organized on the eve of the 35th anniversary of Uzbekistan’s Independence play an important role in educating youth in the spirit of noble ideals.
On May 20, 2026, a poetry and music evening titled “Burch,” dedicated to the 35th anniversary of our Independence, was held at the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies within the framework of the “Shoir-u, she’r-u, shuur…” project under the leadership of Navoiylik Alisher, a member of the Writers’ Union of Uzbekistan.
The creative evening brought together well-known writers, artists, and students, featuring artistic performances that harmoniously combined poetry and music. Meaningful poems, live performances, and stage presentations created an uplifting atmosphere for the audience.
During the event, participants shared their thoughts on the role of literature and art in shaping human spirituality and consciousness. The main purpose of the event was to further increase young people’s interest in literature, national art, and spirituality.
