TSUOS Hosts Meeting with the President of Hebei International Studies University
Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies welcomed Mr. Sun Jianzhong, Chairman and President of Hebei International Studies University
During the visit, the parties held discussions on the development of higher education, scientific research, academic exchange programs, and international cooperation. The meeting also focused on strengthening partnership ties between the two universities and exploring opportunities for joint projects.
Hebei International Studies University is one of China’s prestigious independent private higher education institutions specializing in foreign languages. It is located in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province.
The university ranks second in China in terms of the number of foreign languages taught, offering instruction in 75 languages. It also serves as a talent-training base for the Belt and Road Initiative. More than 900 undergraduate students are currently studying the Uzbek language at the university.
