Practical Business Course “KAIZEN & YORI-I” Launched at TSUOS
On 13–16 October 2026, the practical business course “KAIZEN & YORI-I” commenced at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies (TSUOS). The course is organised in cooperation with Yamagata University of Japan and features the participation of Japanese specialists.
The training sessions are being conducted by Japanese specialists. The course aims to enhance participants’ practical knowledge and skills, familiarise them with modern business approaches, and promote the application of effective management methods in entrepreneurial activities.
The sessions cover key areas such as developing business models for startups, systematising business processes, improving operational efficiency based on Kaizen principles, and developing management skills through practical case studies. Particular attention is also paid to teamwork, finding innovative solutions to challenges, and generating new business ideas.
This practical course provides participants with an opportunity to explore modern business practices drawing on Japanese experience, put their theoretical knowledge into practice, and strengthen their competencies in entrepreneurship and management.
This collaboration between Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies and Yamagata University contributes to integrating education with practical experience, expanding international knowledge exchange, and preparing professionals equipped with modern business skills.
