A meeting with representatives of Mokwon University, located in Daejeon, Republic of Korea, was held at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies.
During the meeting, the parties discussed academic cooperation, student and faculty exchange programs, as well as the implementation of joint educational and research projects.
The participants were informed about bachelor’s, master’s and PhD programs for Uzbek students, the GKS scholarship program, Korean language courses, and “Summer school” programs. It was also emphasized that students with TOPIK certificates and high academic performance are eligible for tuition discounts ranging from 30% to 60%.
The two sides also exchanged views on launching joint projects in Korean language teaching, translation studies, and the preparation of academic articles.
