An online lecture was held at TSUOS with the participation of a professor from the University of Malaya
On November 16, 2023, an open lecture on “The Peculiarities of the Development Path of Southeast Asian Countries” by professor Badrol Hisham bin Ahmad Nur of Department of History, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, University of Malaya, was organized at the Department of “History and Anthropology of Eastern countries” of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies in cooperation with the Embassy of Malaysia in Tashkent. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Malaysia to Uzbekistan Mr. Ilham Tuah bin Illyas, Rector of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies Professor G. Rikhsieva, Dean of the Faculty of Eastern Civilization and History Z. Kadirov and professors and students of the Department of History and Anthropology of Eastern Countries attended the lecture.
