A Roundtable Discussion on the Topic “The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan – a Reliable Guarantee of a Peaceful and Friendly Foreign Policy” Held at TSUOS
On December 5, 2024, a roundtable discussion dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies on the topic: “The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan – a Reliable Guarantee of a Peaceful and Friendly Foreign Policy.” Additionally, a presentation of a series of monographs prepared by the university’s faculty and scientific team within the framework of the scientific project “Factors and Prospects of Sustainable Development of Central and South Asia’s Connectivity” took place.
The presentation was opened with welcoming remarks by the Rector of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, Gulchehra Rikhsiyeva, and the First Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Mavludakhon Khodjayeva.
As part of the program, presentations were delivered by Khushvakht Khaitov, a Deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Akmal Rakhmonov, a Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Mukhtabar Khusanova, a Member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Etibor Sultonova, a Professor at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and Doctor of Political Sciences; and Sayfiddin Jurayev, a Professor at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies.
