Representatives of leading Japanese manufacturing enterprises visited TSUOS
On November 18, 2025, a meeting was held at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies with a delegation consisting of representatives from the Industry and Labor Department of Yamagata Prefecture and leading Japanese manufacturing companies.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the implementation of the cooperation agreement in entrepreneurship, education, and human resource development, signed between Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies and Yamagata University.
In particular, the delegation representatives noted a shortage of qualified young specialists at industrial enterprises in Yamagata Prefecture, the presence of vacant positions in technical and engineering fields, and emphasized the need to expand cooperation with higher education institutions in Uzbekistan to meet this demand. The parties also discussed opportunities for employing the university’s graduates at enterprises in Yamagata Prefecture.
