A delegation led by the Rector of Kyongdong University John Lee visited to Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies.
On January 7, 2020, the members of the delegation led by the Rector of Kyongdong University, John Lee visited to Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies . The meeting discussed the main directions of cooperation between the universities over the past period and identified promising areas for future cooperation. After the meeting, the Rector of Kyongdong University, John Lee, met with the first-year students of the Faculty of Korean Studies, who are studying in a joint program with Kyongdong University. The parties agreed that 9 students studying under this joint program will have a one-month internship at Kyongdong University in the summer of 2020. At the end of the visit, representatives of Kyongdong University expressed their gratitude to the leadership of Tashkent State Institute of International Relations for the warm welcome and expressed hope for further strengthening of inter-university cooperation.
