Main Objectives of the Center
The principal objectives of the Center are as follows:
- To provide students with an in-depth understanding of tourism and international tourism, thereby developing both their practical skills and academic knowledge;
- To develop the professional and analytical competencies of the Center’s members in various areas of tourism through the study of international tourism, analysis of global practices, and application of relevant international experience;
- To develop practical skills and promote the exchange of experience between the tourism sectors of Uzbekistan and other countries.
Main Tasks of the Center
To achieve these objectives, the Center undertakes the following tasks:
- To organize practical events, including lectures, seminars, and training sessions, with the participation of leading specialists from tourism companies in Uzbekistan;
- To organize simulation-based activities aimed at developing practical knowledge and skills related to tourism processes and the activities of international organizations;
- To participate in international and national forums, conferences, competitions, and other events related to tourism;
- To prepare and publish research and analytical materials, reviews, and reports on current issues in tourism and international tourism;
- To organize activities aimed at promoting tourism and strengthening cooperation with countries of the East.
