Presentation of the “Visit Shymkent” Program
On February 28, 2025, at the initiative of the Tourism Department of the Institute of Foreign Policy and International Economic Relations, a presentation of the “Visit Shymkent” program of the fraternal Kazakhstani people was held.
The event featured presentations by Erlan Umarov, head of the “Visit Shymkent” Tourist Information Center, Nigina Inoyatova, head of the “Versailles Travel” tour company, and Erjan Orınbasar, a qualified guide-excursionist, who showcased the tourism potential of Shymkent.
Through this program, the presentation participants, including professors, lecturers, master’s students, and undergraduates, received information about Shymkent’s tourism potential and new opportunities in the tourism sector.
Additionally, several active master’s and undergraduate students from the Tourism Department—O. Gayratova, H. Khaydarova, S. Shukhratov, and U. Mirzoyev—participated with their presentations on the tourism potential of Yangiqorgon, Chust, Rishton, and Boysun districts, which are affiliated with the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies
