Open Day Event
On April 26, 2025, the “Open Day” event was held at the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies. This initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 8 – supporting youth career orientation, developing human capital, and preparing competitive professionals for the labor market.
The event was attended by graduating students and teachers from schools in Yunusabad, Mirzo Ulugbek, Shaykhantahur, Yangi Hayot, and Chilanzar districts, as well as academic lyceums of TSUOS and TUIT.
The university’s institutes and faculties presented their educational programs and specialties through exhibition materials and video presentations. Graduating students from more than 50 secondary schools received detailed information about academic programs, modern professions, and future employment opportunities.
This event contributed to youth career guidance, encouraged enrollment in higher education, and supported the formation of skilled professionals ready for the demands of the modern labor market.
