Professional Internship
Senior lecturers A.M. Salixova and F.V. Azizova from the Department of Economics and Management, Institute of Foreign Policy and International Economic Relations at the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, visited students undergoing their professional internship. This initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 8 – enhancing youth professional competencies, preparing them for the labor market, and developing practical skills.
During the visit, the conditions created for students interning at the Tashkent City Hokimiyat, their activities, and the professional requirements set for them were examined. Special attention was given to students’ adaptation to the real working environment and strengthening of their practical competencies.
This internship process plays an important role in familiarizing students with the public administration system, improving their professional qualifications, and creating opportunities for their future employment in decent jobs.
