The seminar titled “Studying Abroad, PhD Degree, and the Advantages and Disadvantages of Education in Malaysia” was organized by the “International Grants and Career Development” Academy operating under TSUOS.
The event featured Bobir Muratov as the keynote speaker, Head of the Department of Scientific Research and Master’s Studies at Inha University in Tashkent, a PhD graduate in the field of internationalization of higher education from Universiti Sains Malaysia, and a graduate of TSUOS.
During the seminar, participants received detailed information about the real advantages and disadvantages of studying in Malaysia, practical recommendations on preparing for master’s and PhD scholarship programs, as well as key stages of studying abroad. The speaker also shared personal experience and provided a clear roadmap for participants. The event took place on December 10 at 15:00 in the main building of TSUOS, Room 5.
This seminar-training was organized as an important public event contributing to the implementation of SDG 4 – Quality Education. The initiative aimed to increase students’ and young researchers’ awareness of international education opportunities, prepare them for participation in foreign grant and scholarship programs, and develop academic mobility. As a result, participants strengthened their knowledge and skills, contributing to their integration into the global education system and the formation of competitive professionals.
