As a result, the practical significance of the research, its potential for implementation within the sector, and its effectiveness in addressing existing challenges can be assessed more comprehensively.
Furthermore, the involvement of representatives from various higher education institutions and the tourism industry in the defense process contributes to broadening students’ academic perspectives, fostering interdisciplinary approaches, and improving the quality of research. It also strengthens cooperation among universities, research institutions, and employers, thereby creating a solid foundation for training qualified and competitive professionals who meet the demands of the labor market.
These thesis defenses became a vivid example of effective cooperation aimed at showcasing the scientific potential of young researchers, promoting innovative ideas, and advancing the tourism and hospitality sector on a scientific basis.
