Another academic and educational event was organized by the TSUOS–Gansu UNESCO Educational and Methodological Center
On September 10, the TSUOS–Gansu UNESCO Educational and Methodological Center, operating under the Higher School of Chinese Studies at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, organized another academic and educational event.
As part of the event, Professor Guo Xi (国熙) from Jinan University, a specialist in modern Chinese grammar, sociolinguistics, and applied linguistics, delivered a lecture entitled “‘Challenges’ and ‘Ease’ in Learning the Chinese Language” for faculty members, students, master’s students, and doctoral researchers of the Higher School of Chinese Studies.
During the lecture, Professor Guo Xi discussed the major challenges faced by learners of Chinese, as well as practical approaches and methods that can make the process of learning the language more effective and accessible.
The lecture was conducted in an engaging and interactive atmosphere. It was followed by an interesting question-and-answer session, during which Professor Guo Xi addressed participants’ questions and shared practical recommendations on learning and teaching the Chinese language.
