TSUOS Vice-Rector Delivered a Presentation at an International Conference in India
Nodir Karimov, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, participated in the international conference titled “Human Intervention in an Era of Artificial Intelligence in Hospitality Industry”, organized by India’s prestigious Jamia Hamdard University.

The conference brought together representatives of India’s leading universities, research institutions, and experts in the fields of tourism and hospitality. Participants discussed a wide range of contemporary issues, including the role of the human factor in the age of artificial intelligence, the Hospitality 5.0 concept, digital transformation, and the future of education.
Nodir Karimov delivered a presentation entitled “From Silk Road Hospitality to Hospitality 5.0: Reimagining Human Values in the Age of Artificial Intelligence.”

In his presentation, he highlighted the traditions of hospitality established during the era of the Great Silk Road, the humanistic values of Eastern civilizations, and the future development of the Hospitality 5.0 concept in the context of rapid advances in artificial intelligence.
He emphasized that technology should not replace human beings but rather enhance their capabilities, improve the quality of services, and strengthen human values.
