TSUOS in THE Sustainability Impact Ratings 2026
The Times Higher Education Sustainability Impact Ratings is the only global ranking that evaluates how higher education institutions around the world contribute to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The 2026 edition assessed 1,646 universities from 116 countries and territories across 17 individual SDGs as well as the overall ranking.
On 25 June 2026, the results of the THE Sustainability Impact Ratings 2026 were officially announced. According to the published results, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies (TSUOS) was placed in the 1001–1500 band in the overall ranking.
This year, TSUOS submitted data for five Sustainable Development Goals and achieved the following results:
- SDG 2: Zero Hunger – Rank 400–601 (2025: 601–800);
- SDG 4: Quality Education – Rank 400–601 (2025: 1001–1500);
- SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth – Rank 400–601 (2025: 601–800);
- SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions – Rank 400–601 (2025: 601–800);
- SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals – Rank 1001–1500 (2025: 1500+).
