Scientific Dialogue of TSUOS Urdu Scholars in Lahore on the Works of Allama Ikbal
On May 25, 2026, in the city of Lahore, a meeting was held between prominent Uzbek Urdu scholars Toshmirza Kholmirzaev and Mukhayyo Abdurahmonova and Dr. Abdul Rahim, Head of the Allama Iqbal Section at the Quaid-e-Azam National Library.
During the discussion, the Uzbek scholars exchanged views on research conducted in Uzbekistan on the works of Allama Iqbal, particularly on Uzbek translations of Urdu and Persian poetry, as well as on the philosopher’s ideological and educational perspectives.
At the end of the meeting, books related to the literary legacy of Allama Iqbal were presented.
