Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies Holds Graduation Ceremony for Bachelor’s and Master’s Graduates

On 14 July 2026, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies held a graduation ceremony for students completing their Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs. Organized under the slogan “Good Luck, Orientalists!”, the event marked one of the most memorable milestones in the graduates’ lives.

This year, more than 900 students graduated from the university, including 658 Bachelor’s and 193 Master’s graduates. Fifty-eight Bachelor’s graduates received honors diplomas in recognition of their outstanding academic achievements.

The ceremony was attended by People’s Artist of Uzbekistan Giyos Boytayev, Deputy Chairman of the Writers’ Union of Uzbekistan G’ayrat Majid, and other distinguished guests, who congratulated the graduates and wished them continued success in their future careers.

The program also featured video messages prepared by international students and graduates, along with congratulatory greetings delivered in various languages. During the ceremony, diplomas were formally presented to Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates who had completed their studies with excellent academic performance.

The celebration continued with artistic performances by talented university students and invited performers, creating a festive and inspiring atmosphere. At the end of the event, graduates took commemorative photographs with their professors, family members, and friends, cherishing the unforgettable memories of their student years.

In their congratulatory remarks, the university leadership praised the graduates for their achievements and wished them great success in their professional careers, academic pursuits, and future endeavors.
