The event “Minister and Youth Dialogue” was held at TSUOS
On April 30, 2026, the “Minister and Youth Dialogue” event was held at the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies with the participation of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Qo‘ng‘irotboy Sharipov.
The meeting was attended by university students, young researchers, and faculty members. During the dialogue, discussions focused on ongoing reforms in the higher education system, expanding youth engagement in science and innovation, foreign language learning, development of international cooperation, and opportunities created for students.
Students also addressed their questions and exchanged views on the quality of education, research projects, grant programs, academic mobility, and employment issues. The Minister emphasized that supporting youth initiatives and realizing their intellectual potential is one of the priority directions of state policy.
At the end of the meeting, students who actively participated were awarded commemorative books signed by the Minister. In addition, scientific and literary works of TSUOS professors and lecturers were presented to the Minister.
