A meeting on the topic “The Role of Spiritual and Enlightenment Promotion in Increasing the Social Engagement of Intellectuals in Society” was held at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies.
The meeting focused particularly on strengthening the spiritual environment of society, increasing the social engagement of intellectuals, and fostering respect for national and universal human values among young people.
During the event, participants exchanged views on the importance of spiritual and educational activities in the development of society, particularly their role in raising the younger generation to be knowledgeable, active, and responsible citizens.
It was also emphasized that the active participation of intellectuals in social processes, as well as sharing their knowledge and experience with young people, is of great importance.
The discussion also addressed developments taking place in today’s information environment. The importance of developing young people’s skills in critically analyzing information, distinguishing reliable sources, and approaching current events objectively was highlighted.
At the end of the meeting, participants asked questions of interest and shared their views and suggestions on the topic under discussion.
The meeting served as an important platform for the TSUOS community to discuss актуal issues related to spiritual and educational activities and to exchange views.
