Interethnic consent and religious tolerance – token of peace
Strengthening of interethnic consent and religious tolerance in society, safeguarding of equal right and opportunities for all citizens of the country independently from their national identity, which were defined among the important priorities of the official policy in the Republic of Uzbekistan. So, as part of the Strategy of actions for the five priority areas of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017 – 2021 years, which was initiated by the President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, pay special attention to the questions of safeguarding interethnic consent in the country.
On 8 of November 2018, at TSIOS was held round table for the purpose of creating of common ground for the learning of further development of interethnic relations and religious tolerance.
Separately, at the meeting was noted, that realization the terms of the decree of the President gave new impulse for the safeguarding of interethnic and religion consent, peace and stability in the country.
