Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies accepts applications for admission from all groups of the population, as everybody has the right to education in accordance with the Constitution of Uzbekistan.
The activities of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies are aimed at training professionals who have a strong will, full faith and awake conscience, are able to fight against ignorance with enlightenment, are patriotic and people-loving, enterprising and entrepreneurial, feel their responsibility towards society, state and family, understand and support the internal and external policy of the state, have high moral and ethical qualities, are armed with modern knowledge and highly humane. Therefore, applicants must follow the university’s code of ethics. Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies will be pleased to see all the applicants who have undertaken to follow these rules.
The University Code of Ethics consists of the following:
– to improve and protect the ideological immunity of members of the university community;
– prevention of any actions aimed at breaking morals among young people, including promoting violence, indecency and cruelty, protecting the young generation from alcoholism and drug addiction, various other destructive threats and religious and extremist influences alien to our society, help defend against the outbreak of “mass culture”.
