The Council for the Assessment of Professional Competence is conducting a review of the organization of the educational process and the scientific and pedagogical activities of faculties and departments.
At Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, the Council for the Assessment of Professional Competence is systematically studying and analyzing the work carried out by faculties and departments during the previous academic year, as well as the scientific and pedagogical activities planned for the current academic year.


The main assessment criteria include:
- quality and effectiveness of the educational process;
- pedagogical activities and professional competence of the teaching staff;
- the state of educational and methodological work;
- research activities and scientific publications of the teaching staff;
- participation in research projects, grants, and international academic activities;
- engagement of students in research activities;
- professional development and continuing education of the teaching staff;
- implementation of the scientific and pedagogical tasks set for the current academic year.


In addition, the assessment results will contribute to improving the quality of education at the university, enhancing the professional and research potential of the teaching staff, increasing the effectiveness of research activities, expanding international academic cooperation, and improving the overall performance indicators of the faculties.
Based on the final assessment results, the work carried out by each faculty, the achievements attained, existing challenges, and proposals for addressing them will be summarized. Relevant conclusions and recommendations of the Council for the Assessment of Professional Competence will then be formulated.
