About publications based on a number of important literatures
Another big step has been made towards Iranian and Afghan studies. Several publications have been recently published in a sequence. The textbook named “Pashto language” was published in co-authorship by TSIOS professors, A. Mannonov, Doctor of Philology and S. Karabaev, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philology. The textbook contains cultural, political and economic materials that can be used as a theoretical basis for those interested in learning Pashto or studying the language. This textbook is the product of the authors’ several years of work and was written based on the experience of modern foreign literatures. It includes exercises which help to obtain new vocabulary. Moreover, it also has practical instructions on organisation of tasks with contemporary pedagogic technologies. In addition, it is expected to be a program for the training of Afghan scholars as specialists. Another “Pashto language” textbook was also jointly published by associate Professor of TSIOS, Doctor of Philology (DSc.) X. Alimova and senior lecturer at the Department of Iranian-Afghan Philology Yo. Xujakulov. Furthermore, the textbook “Dari language” co-authored by Khojakulov was also published. Professor of the Department of Iranian-Afghan Philology, Doctor of Philology A. Quronbekov and a teacher of the department N. Nuriddinov co-authored the textbook “Lexicology of the Persian language”.
