The International conference namely “Involvement of young women and girls in research activities: advanced experience and prospects” at TSUOS
On February 11, the International Day of Women and Girls in Science is widely celebrates around the world. It has been celebrated since 2016 by the UN decision. The purpose of the celebration is to attract additional attention to the problem of discrimination towards to women in the scientific field, as well as to popularize their achievements in the field of science, technology and innovation.
On this occasion, today the International conference on the topic “Involvement of young women and girls in research activities: advanced experience and prospects” has been held at TSUOS, in which foreign experience of attracting young women to research activities, as well as the practice of Uzbekistan were discussed.
