On July 22, 2023, Rector of Liaoning Pedagogical University Cao Xu noted that he is glad that cooperation between the universities of the two countries is developing more and more. He also stressed that in the future it is important to organize educational practices for students, translate samples of fiction into Uzbek and Chinese, and implement projects to create educational literature.
