I HAVE A QUESTION FOR THE RECTOR
The meeting of the rector and students was orgabized at TSUOS. The meeting was attended by the rector of the university G.Sh. Rikhsieva, heads of groups of all courses and directions, as well as the intending students.
During the open discussion “I have a question for the rector” students asked questions, expressed their suggestions and opinions. Most of the proposals from the students concerned the activities of the primary organization of the University Youth Union. Students’ proposal to organize frequent book fairs at the university was approved by G.Sh. Rikhsieva.
At the meeting, at which there were many questions and answers, the rector of the university noted that she would take into account the proposals, opinions of students and help them in their implementation. The rector of the university made explanations on some questions and problems.
On behalf of the university’s leadership, the rector informed that the entire teaching staff, the university administration always strive to receive high-quality education for students, and said that one of the main goals is to often organize such open dialogues, taking into account the wishes and desires of young people and implementing them.
The meeting was ended with rector’s appeal to students:
“Dear youth, dear students, the hope of our future! We really hope for you. You are the face of this university. This is why we want you to be mature and perfect in every way. Knowledge alone is not enough for this. In addition to intelligence and reason, knowledge and skills, your morality, spirituality and culture play a huge role. If you follow them, you will certainly achieve your goals.
