Event “Education against ignorance”.
Today, April 14, the first part of a series of enlightenment talks with religious leaders in the direction of “Enlightenment against ignorance” the topic “There is no salvation and nothing but science” was organized.
Specialist of the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan Jahongir Melikoziev took part in the conversation.
The conversation provided detailed information on the content, essence and appearance of ideas such as bigotry, various sects under the guise of religion, false Salafism and their appearance on modern social networks.
At the end of the event, students asked questions to the specialist.
Meetings like these are important for young people to be tolerant of different cultures and perspectives.
