According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-6208 of April 20, 2021, each state university is instructed to attach neighborhoods. Accordingly, 9 neighborhoods from Mirabad and Yashnabad districts have been attached to the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies.
In this regard, the officials headed by the rector of the university G.Rikhsieva organized a meeting with the chairmen of Mingorik, Yuksalish, Afrosiyob, Bayot, Tolarik, Lolazor, A.Avloni neighborhoods located in Mirabad district and the deputy mayor of the district F.Madaminova. During the meeting, the sides agreed on the work of TSUOS to further strengthen cooperation with neighborhoods and to promote the meaningful organization of leisure time of young people. Free Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Turkish, English and entrepreneurship courses, amateur art and sports clubs are planned for the youth of neighborhoods.
