Access to university underrepresented groups recruit
Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies as an organization, considering modern requirements and processes in state and society building, organizes retraining and advanced training of university staff in cooperation with the relevant departments under the law.
The Human Resources Department of the University carries out planned actions for the recruitment of staff and teachers. Based on the attention given by the state to the field of education, the department hires candidates who are proactive and competent, have sufficient knowledge and experience in these areas, can assess the available opportunities, and are suitable for the development of the field in all aspects, as well as who are appointed to the positions.
The department creates necessary conditions for the provision of qualified personnel, full use of knowledge and experience of specialists, and takes measures to attract talented young people to leadership jobs.
Participates in the development and implementation of the unified personnel policy carried out by the university.
Within the framework of the authority, the university prepares reserves for vice-rectors and heads of departments in accordance with the laws.
It consists of preparing suggestions for encouraging department heads, staff and professors for their work achievements or for taking measures for the shortcomings according to the rules established by the university.
