Education outreach activities beyond campus
On October 6-7, 2023, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Topical Issues in the Study of History, International Relations and Cultures of Eastern Countries” was held at Novosibirsk State University (Russian Federation), which is included in the TOP-1000 (496th place out of 19,788 universities in the world), at which N.D. Kim, professor of the Department of Korean Philology at the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, gave a scientific report on linguistic research in Uzbekistan. In addition, prof. Kim N.D. open lectures were held for 3rd year students of the specialty “Korean Studies” on the topics: “Korean Studies in Uzbekistan at the present stage. Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies”, “Korean language and pedagogical technologies in teaching the Korean language”, “Language situation in the study of the Korean language. Linguistic research”, “Current research issues in Korean linguistics”, “Study of the Korean language and Korean culture. International Youth Forum” (organized by the Association of Korean Cultural Centers of Uzbekistan)
