Education outreach activities beyond campus: China
On May 14-29, 2023, intern-teacher of the Department of “Translation Studies and International Journalism” of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, Kurolova Sayyora, participated in the English-Chinese International Language Conference “2023 Seminar on Chinese Language and Culture for Developing Countries” held in the People’s Republic of China. In addition, S. Kurolova took part in a number of seminars, including “Geography of China and Chinese Culture”, “Geography of Nanchang”, “History and Origin of China”, “Confucius Institute”, “Chinese Painting”, “Chinese Proverbs” and “Chinese Language”.
On May 28, 2023, S. Kurolova gave a speech at the closing ceremony of the conference “2023 Seminar on Chinese Language and Culture for Developing Countries”. By participating in such events, TSUOS teachers, not only gain a lot of experience but see with their own eyes what is being done in the field of education in the world and build an international network as well as contribute to quality education.
