Employment practice and the activity of unions
As an organization, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies recognizes trade unions and labour rights for all, including women and foreign employees.
As a primary organization, University Trade Union Committee, through its elected and collegial bodies, shall:
– Material and moral encouragement of trade union members at the expense of extra-budgeted and saved funds;
– Paying more attention to providing financial assistance to needy members of the labour team, retired labour veterans and disabled persons at the expense of extra-budgetary funds;
– Financial incentives for employees who have been working effectively in the institute for a long time at the age of 60-70-80 years, and elderly teachers on the basis of the recommendations of the heads of the faculty, department, and department;
– Allocating financial support for the weddings of teachers, employees or their children according to the length of service at the university;
– Allocating financial support based on the university’s financial situation in connection with the death of employees (himself or his parents, spouse, children) and holding events;
– Other emergency situations affecting the employee’s financial situation (long-term illness, various accidents, financial difficulties).
– Financial incentives for authors who create new textbooks, study guides after the book is published, etc.
