To the 100th anniversary of the great representative of Uzbek literature, famous writer, Hero of Uzbekistan Said Ahmad
Today at the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the great representative of Uzbek literature, famous writer, Hero of Uzbekistan Said Ahmad, the head of the department “Translation Studies and International Journalism” Khairulla Hamidov presented dozens of famous stories in Turkish. Selected Works of Uzbek Literature. Said Ahmed. Stories ”(“ The best works of Uzbek literature. Said Ahmad. Stories ”) was published in Turkish with a foreword by the rector of TDSHU G. Rixsiyeva to this translated book.
As part of the creative work carried out at the university in the tradition of teacher-student, the book, which also includes translations made by H.Hamidov’s students, contains such as great satirical and some serious stories by master Said Ahmad’s “My Nation”, “Sa’gana”, “A kiss Price”, “Homtalash”, “Hanka and Tanka”, “One Hundred and Seventy Soum cost Snore”, “My Friend Babbaev!”, “Confession”, “Womanizer Sparrow”, “ Your Eighteen Years Old ”,“ Court ”,“ Black Eyed Mad ”. We believe that this book will be a modest gift to the creative team of the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the great writer.
