Visit of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. Tashkulov to the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies
The Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdukodir Tashkulov visited the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies on the first day of the 2022-2023 academic year. During his visit, the minister met with the students admitted to the university for the 1st stage and their parents and had a friendly and sincere conversation.
During the interview, they were asked about their suggestions and opinions related to the educational process at the higher educational institution, and the conditions and reliefs created by our government, in particular, that the amount of the contract-payment has not changed in the current academic year were specially touched upon.
During the visit, The Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education A. Tashkulov took part in the opening ceremony of the new building located in the B-block of the university, which can accommodate a total of 1500 students at a time, and was provided with modern educational equipment and multimedia equipment. He familiarized himself with educational halls, departments, scientific research centers and libraries with all the necessary conditions for professors-teachers and students, and had a heart-to-heart conversation with department heads, professors-teachers.
In particular, during the conversation with the university professor, the great literary scholar Mukhammadjon Imomnazarov, they exchanged opinions with the orientalist scientist with many years of experience on the latest reforms in the educational process. Abdukodir Tashkulov highly appreciated the conditions created in the new building of the university, in particular, he inspected the facilities in the “Mother and Child Room” located on the first floor of this building, and once again confirmed that the rector of TSUOS is one of the liberal leaders who understand well the requirements of the current era.
During the visit, A. Tashkulov inspected another new educational building of his university, which is planned to be commissioned in October of this year, and gave his friendly advice and recommendations regarding the ongoing renovation works.
