The center organizes services based on business contracts that provide for payment across all areas of psychological services, addressing the need for professional knowledge and skills while considering the labor market’s current demands.

The center seeks alternative funding sources for psychological services that comply with existing legislation. It aims to ensure the high-quality organization of psychological services within educational institutions, incorporating modern information and communication technologies to enhance the work of participants and clients. This includes improving professional skills such as adaptation, vocational guidance, and personal development efficiency.

The center assists participants in optimizing their use of psychological resources tailored to their abilities, skills, and interests. It addresses psychological phenomena that occur at various life stages and identifies psychological challenges related to educational, communicative, and work activities. The center implements psychocorrective and psychoconsultative measures aimed at preventing potential negative developments.

Additionally, the center organizes and executes social rehabilitation initiatives for participants struggling to adapt to their social environments. It fosters a healthy psychological atmosphere within teams in both state and private organizations, addressing emotional states, interpersonal relationships, and conflict behavior, while enhancing overall psychological culture.
The center identifies participants’ talents and abilities, studying their individual psychological and physiological characteristics and interests to create environments where they can develop and showcase their skills. It also conducts psychoprophylactic measures to guard against information and psychological attacks within workgroups, the adverse effects of the global internet, and the threats posed by “mass culture” to youth education.

The center offers “Practicing Psychologist” courses under contracts for those interested in psychological knowledge and organizes circles for “Young Psychologists” and “Young Trainers.” It provides short courses on various topics, including “Psychology of Family Relations,” “Secrets of the Mind and Subconscious,” “Psychology of Communication,” “Creative Resource Utilization,” “Secrets of Perfection,” “Attracting Luck,” “Motivational Features,” and “Psychocoaching,” along with courses on “Psychological Features in Raising a Child.”

Moreover, the center focuses on creating a supportive psychological environment in higher education, enhancing behavioral culture within pedagogical teams based on appeals and contracts. It facilitates coordination between students and teachers, addressing personal and professional issues and providing extensive advice to educators.
